Pools are one of the most attractive features of a home. For most adults, there is no better place to party than a luxury pool. When you ask someone to tell you what is the best thing to do with the pool, they are more likely to talk about the pool party. Unfortunately, you cannot throw kids pool parties  every time you want your kids to have some fun.

If you have children in your home, you should definitely memorize everything you learn in this article. We would like to take a look at some very interesting games that are suitable for both kids and adults. You don't need a large pool or additional equipment to enjoy these games and make your pool time more enjoyable for you and your family. Lakewood Ranch pool resurfacing will ensure the proper area for these games.

Let's dive in, okay?

1. WATER POOL

Required Materials: None.

This game is especially interesting when there are up to five or six players, depending on the size of the pool. All participants swim along the perimeter of the pool in a specific direction for 5 to 10 minutes. Waves form a small whirlpool in the water. Then everyone stops and lets the vortex carry them around. This game works best with shallow pools to keep your feet touching the ground.

2. AVOID THE BALL

Required materials: Large beach ball.

Start by asking everyone to form a large ring in the pool, holding hands. The beach ball is placed in the middle of the ring where it moves due to the waves in the water. The object of the game is to avoid touching the ball without breaking the ring. Those touched by the ball are immediately removed, because of the smaller circle it is difficult for the remaining ones to dodge the ball.

3. MOUNTAIN KING

Required materials: pool air mattress or air mattress.

Everyone climbs onto a floating object and tries to push each other into the water. It's a lot like WWE Battle Royale, but much less brutal. The last person remaining on the inflatable object wins. Make sure all participants are able to withstand sudden dives into the pool.

4. WATER RELAY

Materials needed: Two large buckets, two boogie boards, and two plastic cups.

This is a game in which the participants have to split into two teams. Teams receive one of the points listed above. The goal is for each participant to fill a bowl with water, use a board to swim across the pool and pour water into the bucket from the other side, and then swim back to pass the cup to another team member. The first team to fill their bucket wins the game.

5. HUNT FOR TREASURES

Materials Required: Coins or any other shiny and dense material.

Throw the treasure into the pool and let the kids jump to find them. The game can continue until every coin has been found, or you can use the stopwatch to count down the time. The child with the most treasure wins.

This concludes our journey through fun games that your kids will definitely love. Before trying any of these games, make sure your pool is clean, safe, and large enough for children to play in. Call the team at Lakewood Ranch Pool Resurfacing for all your pool needs.
