About This Project
This Wellen Park project is a complete new pool and spa construction on a residential lot within one of Southwest Florida's fastest-growing master-planned communities. Pool Creations managed every phase of the project — from HOA submittal and permit application through final inspection and owner walkthrough.
The pool features a custom shape with a sunshelf, an attached spa with iridescent glass mosaic tile on the exterior walls, travertine coping, and a full travertine paver deck. A screen enclosure covers the entire pool and deck area. The equipment package includes a variable-speed pump, cartridge filter, heater, salt chlorinator, and automation controls installed on a dedicated pad.
