We remove the existing waterline tile to inspect the backing, previous installation layers, and the transition to the interior finish before installing the new tile and surface as one coordinated renovation. Pool Creations does not offer tile-only replacement without resurfacing.
Superficial Cracks and Structural Repairs
Structural cracks, active leaks, and concealed damage require separate evaluation and a written repair scope. Crack width alone does not establish whether a crack is superficial or structural.
