Solstice is a newer community in the Wellen Park master plan developed by Neal Communities, featuring single-family homes in the mid $300s to mid $500s. As one of Wellen Park's more recently opened neighborhoods, Solstice is in the prime window for new pool construction — many homeowners are building pools as they move in or shortly after. The community features access to Wellen Park's shared amenities and is close to Downtown Wellen, CoolToday Park, and the West Villages Trail system.
Pool Creations serves Solstice homeowners for new pool construction, pool remodeling, resurfacing, repairs, and weekly pool service. Solstice's HOA is managed by Neal Communities and has an ARC process that requires pool construction plans, finish specifications, and equipment placement documentation before permits can be submitted. Pool Creations manages all ARC documentation and Sarasota County permitting in-house. We also coordinate with Neal Communities directly when a home is still under construction.
